Who we are

FORGED 3D STORE is a small US-based studio selling 3D-printed objects directly to customers worldwide.

Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer; we accept by sending an order confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including for pricing errors. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
  • All items are made-to-order. Lead times listed on each product page are estimates, not guarantees.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Payment is processed by Stripe and required to confirm an order.

Shipping & risk of loss

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Lost or damaged parcels: see the shipping & returns page.

Intellectual property

All designs, photos, copy, and brand assets are © FORGED 3D STORE. You buy the physical object, not redistribution rights to the design.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the item. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state we operate from. Disputes go to those courts unless required otherwise by your local consumer protection laws.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
