The fine print, made friendly

Shipping, returns, and what to do if something's off.

We're a small workshop. We can't always be next-day, but we can be honest about timing.

How shipping works

Every order is printed after you place it. That means lead times vary by design — most are 2–7 business days from order to label. Each product page lists its specific lead time.

  • Domestic (US): flat $5.95 standard. Free on orders $65+.
  • Canada & UK: calculated at checkout, usually $9–18.
  • Tracking: emailed automatically when the parcel leaves the workshop.

Returns

Don't love it? Send it back within 30 days for a full refund. We don't charge restocking fees and we'll cover return shipping on items that arrive damaged.

  • Items must be returned in good condition (we don't expect them mint).
  • Custom colorways and bespoke commissions are non-refundable.
  • Email hello@forged3dstore.com with your order number and we'll send a return label.

Replacements

If something arrives broken or different from what you ordered, we'll send a replacement at no cost. Just send a photo to the workshop inbox.

About 3D-printed objects

Each piece is finished by hand, which means small variations are part of the charm — faint layer lines, a tiny seam where supports were removed, a slightly different shade of mint than the screenshot. If you'd like a piece optimized for display, mention it in the order notes and we'll print it extra slowly.
